Frequently Asked Questions
Below you’ll find quick answers to the most common questions about my Logic Pro preset packs and downloads.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to get in touch via email and I’ll be happy to help.
I can’t find the “Audio Music Apps” folder. Where is it?

You can open it easily by doing this:
-
Open Finder
-
Click Go > Go to Folder… in the top menu
-
Paste this path and press Return:
~/Music/Audio Music Apps

That will take you straight to the folder where Logic stores all user presets.

I’ve copied the files, but they’re still not showing up in Logic.
This usually means the files aren’t in the right subfolder. Double-check the locations below:
-
Ultimate Mixing:
-
Audio Music Apps > Patches > Audio
-
-
Ultimate Pop Vocals:
-
Tracks → Channel Strip Settings > Track
-
Bus Sends → Channel Strip Settings > Bus
-
-
Ultimate Mastering:
-
Channel Strip Settings > Output (create this folder if it doesn’t exist)
-
Once they’re in the right place, restart Logic, select a track, and press Y to open the Library. Your presets will appear under User Patches or User Channel Strip Settings.

Logic doesn’t show the “Bus” or “Output” folders. What do I do?

No problem — you can create them manually.
Go to ~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Channel Strip Settings, right-click, choose New Folder, and name it Bus or Output.
Then paste the relevant files inside.

The installation instructions don’t match my macOS version.

Folder locations and visibility can vary slightly depending on your system.
If you’re running macOS Sonoma or Sequoia, just use Finder’s Go to Folder… (Command + Shift + G) and paste the path directly — that always works regardless of version.

The download link in my email has expired. How can I re-download my files?

You can re-access all of your purchases at any time through your account: https://www.guybritton.com/store/account

Click the link in that email to access all your downloads.

My Logic presets don’t look or sound like the video demo.

That’s totally normal — each preset is a starting point designed to be tweaked to your own voice, mix, and setup.
Every vocal, microphone, and room is different, so small adjustments are expected to make the chain work best for your track.

Can I use these presets in older versions of Logic?

Yes, most packs work back to Logic Pro 10.4.8.
However, they were built in newer versions (10.6+), so if you’re on an older version and something doesn’t load, update Logic if possible for best results.

I bought the wrong version (e.g. Ableton instead of Logic). Can I switch?
Yes, of course.
Just email me with your order number and I’ll update your purchase so you can download the correct version.
